read an article by FN areana guy yesterday that applies to CSE - in a bear market like this valuations dont come into it, any more than they do in a raging bull market - its all about sentiment and sentiment is negative.
All you can do is buy those stocks that are experiencing postive sentiment and trade the trend, or else si on something you know is undervalued and wait for a long time for sentiment to turn around.
