I will add to that, and state they aren't late with the resource upgrade.
Here are stated 'timelines' by PEN and duplicated by the Proactive investor site. I have just seperated them for clarity.
1. Peninsula is on track to have final permits and licenses submitted by December 2010 - Completed
2. To complete the next iteration of the resource calculation prior to Christmas - It staes complete the "resource iteration" not announce prior to Christmas.
3. Finalize the DFS in the first quarter 2011 - now well on track.
and
4. The targeted commencement of mining in 2012 - as I keep saying construction is most likely to commence early...production could also follow early if this occurs, and well before the other U hopefuls.
The out of favour ugly duckling is about to become a magnificient "White Swan"...
