the resource size has decreased from 3.95Mt to 3.57Mt but with a increase in copper % from 1.5% from the two lodes to 1.8%, zinc % also has increased from 3.8% to 4%, with a net affect based on my calculations of increasing the Copper equivalent tonnage from San Diego from ~117kt to ~119kt, ie. ~ 2% increase in Cu eq contained. Cu actual tons has increased from 58kt to ~64kt or about 11% in Cu actual. Zn actual tons has decreased from 149kt to 143kt (or about a 4.5% decrease).

Still, you're paying ~$140 per ton of copper equivalent at a share price of 4c. Which is cheap :)
