Both of u are correct and I can't argue the facts the u mentioned.

This ann was wasted to serve someone's plan in a shape or form or may be another lot of shares to be issued this time to another soph investor!!

Annual meeting is up and if current management can't deliver the goods then we shouldn't keep them there!!!!

I can see thru this very clearly and angus as always will make us feel lucky to have another investor buying at 3c - 3.5c because the same investor that he fed before with millions of shares now can push us down by force whenever they like and then they get more cheap share and more of the same cycle and so on and on and on!

Make up ur mind fast and act to what u think is right in the coming voting! I can see where we are going and i will never let go of my shares but I think management need to give new generations a chance because they simply can't get the work done!
