I didn't suggest whether to buy a new or used plant, I was just stating the options!
U can't just find used parts or whole plants that easy and not every used piece or component is bad.
FS will tell us if it is worth it to buy earth moving trucks or equipments or not, to make a decision to have these logistical requirements done in-house then figures and duration of mine must support it.
Otherwise contracting the lot out becomes a hassle free and cheaper option.
