You have the right idea mate. Because if you decide to give the man a call instead, you would have to be prepared to cop an ear full and a hell of a lot of abuse at the same time as well.

After trying to talk to him in the past, I have come to the conclusion that the man has an attitude problem. He believes that all investors out there are traders and out to get him, lol.

One would assume that if he has been invested with this company for umpteen years without getting anything out of it, he should be entitled to ring Management and ask a question. But apparently it is not so. Not for me anyway.
I don't know how lucky many others have been in doing that though.

As such, I can only speak from my own past experience.
