Early days I know but if the results went the other way we would be bashed to death in these market conditions !
Average Grade Calculations are g/t :
2.00m @ 13.95 Au & 47.6 Ag
2.42m @ 14.21 Au & 39.7 Ag
3.34m @ 27.21 Au & 44.1 Ag
Giving a total of 153.17 Au & 338.57 Ag over a total 7.76m
Giving an average grade of 19.74 g/t Au & 42.63 g/t Ag
Based on Est. true thickness
Dreaming on ;
72,000 Tonnes per annum @ 19.74 g/t Au = 45,700 ounces @ 93% = 42,501 ounces per annum
Roughly our scoping study costs are based on 3 tonnes of rock producing 1 ounce of Gold .
What if 1.5 tonnes of rock produced 1 ounce of Gold !
Would our costs half and our profits double and would that make us one of the most economic Gold mines around.
Back to the real world !
That's obviously more than we can really expect but with a further 5 drill results awaited and a further 5 holes being drilled and a further 5 drills being planned we will get a better picture before long of just how much a Significant Potential Upgrade will mean for the Cononish Resource ( Minesite Nov 2011 )
Luck is when opportunity and preparation meet .
