Im pretty sure you cant just go into the Pilbara buy an excavator and start digging the stuff up, it takes years of planning and development and what we have is the largest and the earliest to market, apart form GXY who are about to start production amid a <1% feed stock and a small resource compared to PLS they are predicting full capacity at the end of 2016 December.
So your point about new mines entering the market is 4-5 years away and i highly doubt will be as large as PLS'S deposit. There is heaps of wannabes applying for every tenant surrounding PLS but is there anything worthwhile there we will soon find out.
