Indeed Speccy where is OCP on any important issue? I know - they're in a conference with their consultant who just happens to be the Chairman of an ASX listed company. Whose loyalties lie where exactly?
Many years ago I heard a company director say, when asked about an upcoming quarterly report, that he would write that they were waiting on assay results from the recently completed soil sampling program (which they didn't start, because they had no money). He wrote the same thing three months later. Same location, different commodity. Ah, the good old days.

But that was then and this is 2019, but I get the feeling that the pre-feasibility study is following the samples by slow boat to Finland via Germany. And it shouldn't take 4 1/2 years to complete an environmental study either...
