NOVA STAR The only reason AGM went up/held its level is because of the bid!
ZFX decline can be put down to numerous things POZ over next few years, mine life,weakness in world economies AND the bid for agm ( REMEMBER MOST IF NOT ALL BIDDERS DECLINE IN SHARE PRICE proportionately worked out aginst the bid)
Yes i agree it is smart business to aquire good assests for your company and it is good business not to overpay!
Buddy yes you don't have to sell your shares but IF board , jinc and fundies approve of deal it MAY get over the 90% comp aquisition level. As I have said before the big players are runnig this game ATM IMO. Will wait and see outcome AS at 8th feb
