Chris getting back to blood's comments .
In terms of important company news it looks quite ordinary( in regards to a takeover defence).Outside the context of a takeover and in a different enviroment it may be percieved differently?
Also on the independent evaluation leaving it to the last minute in this enviroment could be construed as being desperate. I know people want percieved full value for thier shares but i believe this rarely happens( if anybody can qoute a comany that has been bought out for full percieved value I would like to know?)
