I know that the orignial offer was percieved badly.
But in regards to the market and some analysis it was "seen as value". I still think it will come down to the lagre shareholders and what they are willing to accept.
There is nothing inherently wrong with AGM as such. The problem seems to be putting a value on the company that will satify the larger shareholders and yes i hold shares in companies with the full knowledge that larger shareholders WILL dictate the price of that company in certain situations.
