I certainly wasn't expecting a "resource upgrade" quite like this one. Will there be an announcement by MMX for a resource upgrade as a stand alone entity if the proposal dosen't go through? I wonder! With all of this comotion going on this very important issue could be swept aside. The financial underpinning of the port and rail infrastructure proposal by OPR was reliant on a healthy sure up of MMX resource.
