Ultimately that may be the case, but in the near term NKP has been doing investor presentations and getting institutional support (possible funding source) for its two international listings .
I don't think NKP will be on the block yet .
The instos will get more bang for buck from letting that one float (fees and advice) and taking larger stakes in the floats before any corporate action takes place there, imo .
The two new stock listings will be far more attractive with increased equity positions owned by NKP .
IGC shareprice looked capped today imo . Possibly someone does not want the shareprice to eat into a takeover premium before it hatches .
Before very long I suspect fresh speculators will begin to take a position here . "Within weeks"
