Interesting situation when the value of the resource is a small fraction of the cost to develop it.
If you were looking to stump-up a couple of billion to build a processing plant and the value of the company holding the resource was $120 million, why wouldn't you just throw in a few more million and buy the whole thing?
Thing is, LCK has done the hard work.
Without the PPL it doesn't matter what the value of the resource is (proven or otherwise) because you don't have approval to pull it out of the ground.
With the PPL the resource is ready to pluck; suddenly the value is REAL.
Way under priced.
