Agy has 2.5 million tons fo contained nickel, this also contains cobalt but for the purpose of the exercise lets just consider then nickel.
When they get their rights to the nickel certified in the international court this will add around $8billion to their market cap, taking the share price to around $61.
an ingroud resource is valued at 20% of its market price which the market prices into the market cap.
