Does GGG have the mineral rights for uranium on their licence?

I know uranium mining is currently not permitted. However, if they do not have the uranium rights then can they actually say they have a uranium resource.

Can someone on here tell me whether they have the uranium rights or not?

If not, a precedent has been set by Tertiary Minerals PLC on their Ghuyrahah Nb-Ta deposit in Saudi Arabia. Becasue they did not have the uranium exploration rights, they could not call it a resource.

Anyway, I would appreciate comments on this
