Thank you for your post.
I think if a small cap made a key announcement in the middle of the Federal Budget week it would get lost.
My "Gambling/Spec limit" PEX shares are in the bottom draw. But subject to the announcements due in the next few weeks I will be adding as I also believe "She Should Fly".
Time will tell.
