Hi THFS, looks like RRS Events have taken the view that a debt announcement is imminent whereas you took it as before the end of the year...
Maybe he means the debt announcement could be imminent but the whole finance package might be wrapped up before the end of the year... which may or may not include a small capital raising to be concluded before the year is out? Good signs ahead anyway!
