I like your enthusiasm but I think the RRS post is using a bit of poetic license. I'll be expecting it by the end of the year, that said I wouldn't be too surprised if it came sooner or even much sooner as management continues to over deliver. Even if it doesn't come until then I think there'll be more good news to come first.
