Spoke with Andrew, great guy and alleviated any concerns I had. He echoed our frustrations about the current share price, thinks fair value should be half the Epanko NPV so roughly 100m MC. There wasn't really anything new in the presentation, he did mention the relationship between Germany and Japan and the possibilities that could open for us, and emphasised that our graphite can/will be used in EVs which is a huge growth area. I asked about the debt/equity ratio that's on everyone's minds, he couldn't go into too much detail obviously but they will be doing everything they can to minimise dilution as they are large holders themselves. Current goal is to have finance secured by the end of the year, with more catalysts between now and then to minimise dilution. He also mentioned that there is some institutional interest on the sidelines.
There wasn't much information he could give me due to disclosure and all that, but I got the impression that he cares deeply about the shareholders, he even mentioned a couple of users from here by name. Biggest thing I took from everything is that our interests are very much aligned with Andrew and the rest of the company, and we're in excellent hands.
