With a total share market value of less than $3m and a huge land holding just 20km from Sirius, it’s no wonder a top research analyst has declared …
Investors should buy Ram Resources
There is a host of good reasons why investors could stand to make huge profits from little-known explorer Ram Resources, according to a leading research firm which has just rated the stock as a “speculative buy”.
In its detailed report on Ram, highly experienced equity research firm Beer & Co says the company “ticks all the boxes for a good explorer”.
Beer & Co contrasts Ram’s minute market capitalisation of less than $3 million with its plum address just 20km from Sirius’ spectacular Nova nickel-copper discovery in WA’s red-hot Fraser Range belt.
“Ram is the lowest-cost and purest exposure to the Fraser Range,” Beer & Co says in its report. “Its very low enterprise value makes it very highly leveraged to a discovery.
“Success should see a strong share price reaction.”
The report notes that Ram is about to embark on the next round of exploration at its Fraser range project, including ground-based electro-magnetic surveys and preliminary drilling to further refine the targets for deeper drilling.
“Ram is a very low-cost entry into a good address, which makes it very highly leveraged to discovery.” – Beer &Co
Ram boasts 217sqkm of exploration acreage in the Fraser Range, much of which is right on the Sirius doorstep. It has already outlined a 1.3km-long anomaly from soil sampling and has identified 17 anomalies from VTEM work, five of which it classes as “high-priority”.
Beer & Co cites the geology at Ram’s Fraser Range project as one of the reasons for its recommendation.
“Preliminary geological interpretation indicates that mafic/ultramafic rock units, including late-stage intrusive complexes, are present within the project area,” its report states.
“The geology appears to be well-suited to the hosting of economic deposits and strong anomalism has been found in work to date from both geo-chemistry and geo-physics.
“Ram is a very low-cost entry into a good address, which makes it very highly leveraged to discovery.”
