Because the NPV is now lower than the MC.
So perhaps we get a bounce on mine start, but the reality of a soft iron price at present, needs significant gains from the logistics to improve the bottom line to reflate the NPV. I guess it depends on how the iron price fluctuates over the next two years also. So need to crystal ball that.
Road haulage at $A21.91 and Transhipment at $A8.72 seem to be the areas that some savings potential.
Also, we have not seen the overdue feasibility on the Mt lindsay high grade Tin ?
Changing sentiment to HOLD. Cup half full, and needing some sugar.
