An alternative view on the BOD remuneration/pay rise:

Imagine that they are performing their duties and meeting or exceeding individual KPI's

Fair enough to expect a pay rise for good work. Isn't it?

Keep in mind there is a period of time elapsed where we don't really know what has been going on at SGH. Forget the past for now.

They (BOD) know how the company is actually travelling.

To me, I see the pay rises as a great sign for LT holders. Although admittedly, I am a little desperate here!
