As a current non holder watching on the sidelines, I can tell you don't understand the company history very well. Yes, it's true you can go to the market and pay millions for a CEO but that doesn't guarantee he/she will do a better job than someone from within the ranks of an organisation. Additionally, Slater and Gordon has a long history of clients from within the union movement and therefore isn't the high paying company boss style entity you wish it to become. Besides most of the key personnnel have skin in the game unlike executives in other corporations that just meet the minimum director requirements and wait for fat payouts upon departures.
