    I was informed the they both handled it to each other and hey both rejects the resignation but one of them got a pay raise ... great to have mates at the cost of share holder wealth ....

    KPI please. Isn't it a good idea if he perform ..stock value goes up then we all win and he get his job ... that would make sense .
