Really, if Joanna can walk away with 1pg (less the cash) for $2.8m and she didn't then she doesn't believe in the software or has no means of raising cash to fund operations. I bet she is scurrying around to see if there is interest in 1pg so she could raise cash as a private business to continue operations. If she gets interest then the merchants proposal may just get up if they get Joanna's support and a few key holders.

For those spruiking 1pg as a variable business just a few weeks ago, what are your thoughts? There is no shortage of you out there. All gone a bit quiet
