I completely agree with you Fonzi. We are as close as we have ever been and getting closer everyday with RSH to getting out to market and commercialising its world leading technology. I believe the June quarter (April - June) will be full of progress and positive milestone achievements that will finally put to bed the people of the forum who continually still don't believe in the company or its technology. I believe the "infighting" stems from what I see from some posters as a phenomenal lack of general understanding and research on their behalf. I have been a supporter of this company for over 7 years now when my son was diagnosed with asthma so consider myself an authority on asthma monitoring, management, medication and compliance. When I read comments like "Trials with Doctors should have been done & dusted probably 2 months ago" (obviously the poster has never heard of requiring Ethics Board approval for studies in Hospitals) and "...you've extended the launching date another 6 months" and "why don't they have an Instagram account", shows a complete lack of understanding of what it takes to develop, produce and commercialise a brand new and disruptive healthcare technology device and system. People need to stop thinking of this a just selling a retail product. It's not! There are very clear processes, procedures, regulations, timeframes, protocols that need to be followed and which can't be circumvented or "short cut". Taking a bit more time to make sure we have the very best product (with the right plastic) will benefit the end user and ensure the technology works at scale and users and doctors feel completely confident in the System. I have been using the Gen 1.0 technology and have been very impressed that it does what it is supposed to do. I want to trust the new generation system as well with my son's life.
The most important group in the initial phase of the technology adoption is not patients (yet), it is Doctors & the Medical community. This is fact and the Company's priority to get them to support, advocate and adopt the technology as part of their patient treatment is vital (through the clinical engagement studies/program being run by Professor Bruce Thompson and now Professor Francis Thien) and will also be the pathway to which RSH's system becomes entrenched as peoples' asthma plan and the world's new "gold standard". This is also a point of competitive advantage against any potential competitor who may come out with a product that tries to go direct to the consumer and circumvent the Doctors....good luck with getting that product adopted when Doctors won't engage with it!
The Company has engaged some of the best (internally and externally in hardware, software, clinical, research, marketing, partnerships etc and are attracting the best minds in the Medical community (Professor Thompson & Professor Thien to name a few) to help successfully commercialise the technology globally. The company is at a very exciting stage (company making) with world leading technology and the best people that will make a material positive change to the lives of sufferers of asthma and other chronic respiratory disease.
