    no they dont have to buy as its a conditional offer and they advised that 2 conditions have not been met in the last announcement.

    market does not believe it will proceed as those who bought for a quick profit are currently dumping the stock.

    this is all normal and the stock will recovery to fair value in a few weeks imo!!!
