responding to someone's email.

Hi guys. I was asked a few questions regarding MDV via an email and I thought I'd post my response on here... I just noticed that the views on my last post reads 665 hits, either there's a Typo or something funny is going on.. I only had it moderated it because I made a generalization that may not have been correct on all counts.

Yeah it is a mind boggle at the moment.. The MM.. Yeah it has been taking a while for its testing, they are promoting that the product is ready for sale but then we haven't seen any announcement to suggest that testing is complete.. Perhaps the tests are just wear and tare tests so they can accurately determine the life of the machine before parts start to break down, I really don't know. The product seems good though and the market in highly populated developing countries is definitely there but its a matter of getting orders signed sealed and delivered. The wipes and the gel on a retail basis is definitely not the focus of the company, I'm sure that they realize between dettol and numerous other Gel makers that the retail market is hard to compete in, that is why the TGA approvals are quite significant because unlike some of the generic brands the SunnyWipes brand can now be considered at the industrial level in the health care industry so management are more focussed on getting a deal into the state governments to supply hospitals/ clinics... I'm sure that every year the hospitals try new products to meet the needs and complaints of their workers but I'm uncertain to any contractual arrangements hospitals might have that might restrict them from changing suppliers at will.. The dermatological and natural qualities of the SunnyWipes products seem superior to any of the other brands in the industry so it may be a matter of time before either a big company wants to buy the SunnyWipes out of MDV or compete with their own products. I'd guess the other companies will be trying to develop their own natural antimicrobial gels and wipes with the same dermatological qualities as the SunnyWipes which is why management need to pull their finger out and get the product out into the market as soon as possible, before the other companies succeed in coming up with an equivalent product. I see a new brand of gel coming onto the shelves almost every week and each new brand seems to perform poorly in the market, I'd say the KC retail trial was a flop and lost priority to management's focus, but I don't that because we haven't been informed of it.. So lets hope that the new board members really do have the persuasion in the industrial health care market that their combined credentials suggest... I'm quite optimistic on that one as the credentials seems quite impressive.

As far as what Copulos has paid for his share of the company.. I'm not 100% sure, I really haven't done the maths here but I think he came into the company about 5-6 years ago with a new team to run the company when the SP was around the 5c mark. Really don't quote me I'm running of the top of my head, you'd have to read back through announcements to find that one out for sure. A few months ago he converted the his $$ loan to the company into fully paid shares at around .007c and I think his average per share could now be around 3c. But I haven't done the sums so I really don't know. If he makes a bid for the company after he gets off the board then I'd say the lower SP will benefit him considerably and unless there is a second bidder then I'd say he would take advantage of the negative sentiment that has slowly crept into the stock. Its just an opinion because that's what I'd probably do in that position.

It would be a text book take over though with shareholders scratching their heads not long after the TO wondering why they sold out after holding for so long especially with an MOU on the SriLankan Govt's table and recent TGA approvals officially allowing the products to move into the healthcare Industry. IMHO if he makes a take over bid then there will be even more reasons to hold onto what ever you have. But that just my opinion.

After re-reading this email to you I reckon its probably worth posting on HC... So you can see what others might reckon about what I've just wrote... It could all be just fluff but I don't know, I just write the stuff. have a good weekend.
