If you genuinely beleive thats the problem then you need to seriously run some numbers. The investment needed for this company to survive is well beyond the current market capitalisation.
ie it costs approximately 4c to buy a share on market but the company could well lose more than 4c per share to employ its overpaid staff that are not covered by money coming in during this year alone. Ie shares could in reality be worth less than nothing.
All in my opinion. Do your own research.
