sorry about my absence of late, I took a cruise on the whitsundays while the weather was nice! :)

Back to business today though and I found a reply to my email last week from Andrew awaiting me, here is the questions I sent:

"1. How many wells are currently producing and what is the current production average per well?
2. The well ‘Groce #182’ had extremely promising permeability and porosity (by all industry standards) yet investors haven’t heard anything since, can you give an update?
3. The new High impact well ‘Groce #305’ can you give any details on when drilling was commenced, when it is expected to be finished etc?
4. The texas railroad commission has been a good resource for investors to see production regularly etc, but the newer wells drilled are no showing up (as I believe you have no obligation to update texas RRC for 1 year after a new well is drilled?), could you give any information on the newer wells, specifically Boling and Nash average flow rates?

"Good morning Karl

I thank you for your questions.

1 – As detailed in our September 2012 quarterly report, around a third of our Salt Dome wells were contributing the majority of the production during previous quarter (~35).
2 – I am not in a position to give an update on any individual wells at this time.
3 – The Groce #305 was commenced the 6th of November and has around a week of drilling remaining.
4 – Maverick has requirements to report to the Texas Railroad Commission, but we have no control over the timeliness of the Texas Railroad Commission updating their public records. In relation to well reporting, this is done through our quarterly reporting process and at this stage we do not envisage a change to this policy.

I'm a little disappointed at the lack of detail but understand the position hes in is difficult to manage investor expectations and not give away any inside information.

Still good to find out that wells are at approx 35BOPD per well. Also good to find out that this week should see Groce305 completed as this email was recieved wednesday last week.
