    I am no lawyer but I have had a read of Rule 3.1 and while it blabbers on about what companies are supposed to disclose it doesn't say what happens if the company is non compliant. It doesn't say that the ASX will suspend or halt trade of the securities if non compliant.

    I may be drawing a long bow.

    Are we simply assuming that the ASX can suspend trade here? The rules do not explicitly state that they can.
