@soggywinks - on this point at least, the company has done a good job - in fact for the last year they've been banging the drum about nearby activity with example price per acre. Finally 5 days before the sale agreement announcement they released a 'good oil conference' presentation with a lot of detail on a single significant nearby transaction.
If this deal completes, then in hindsight there was a clear trail of evidence of the value of those leases!
I know a lot of you give it zero chance of happening, as I've said here before, I think there is good circumstantial evidence either way. I'm happy it's suspended: as an investor it's worth very little or $1 and I just have to wait for the coin to land in a month or 2.
