You actually took the time to write an email to a $788M market cap company, with the purpose of the email for them to reply back and make you feel good about yourself in a time of negative posts?
Not sure who the reply came from but the word choice is rather childish imo and I hope it didn't come from Rob.
Stocks go up and down, you don't write an email every time it goes down to justify your holding position. Let them do the work and get over it.
