I received a response from Tony Sage re my querie about the share issue
1.Yes it is the the issue that was withdrawn
2.They dont need shareholder approval
3.Evraz is selling the sp down...to their benefit
4.currently trading 25c below cash backing. There is a persistant seller who benefits at these prices, However if they now bid it MUST BE 75C OR HIGHER under Aust corp law as thats the highest price they paid during their raid on the company.
From the response it appears that they are extremely happy with the companies progress and have huge things coming...no guesses on what that is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
