I disagree. Challenging the  status quo and asking relative questions does not equate to having it in  for the BOD. I view his questioning as a request for  accountability and transparency to the process. Likewise I also view the companies responses to  such questions as a way to evaluate their capabilities in how they are going to manage our investments going forward. History has shown us that without accountability what are we left with.
