    Good afternoon guys,

Thanks for your questions @pizza8686 and other members.

To help our shareholders, up until we relist, the company and our media department are working on a series of Q & A's, designed to provide more detailed content to outline our current progress. These will be posted across our S/M network and in here over the next few weeks.

Other than the variation in agreement with Medcan outlined in our recent BioHealth announcement and Supp. Prospectus, there have been no changes, or variations in the agreements that we have with our JV partners, as mentioned in our ASX announcements during 2017 and 2018. The agreements we have in place, are governed, at the moment, by the current government regulatory environment (Aus & Int'l) in regards to the approval of Medical Cannabis and the issuing of permits and Licenses (State and Federal) for researching, cultivating, harvesting, production/manufacturing and importing/exporting. Andrew, since the initial agreement was signed, has maintained ongoing discussions with BHC, and has an established, and respected relationship with the proprietors of the business.

The current Cannabis /Hemp story only began with the approval of medical cannabis in Australia in 2016 and Hemp Seed Food in late 2017. The industry is getting back on its feet after 80 or so years in prohibition and we are very confident that with more education, the growing support from our Federal Government and Medical Authorities, as well as the relaxing of restrictions internationally that the Medical Cannabis/Hemp Food Industry will be very well supported in the next few years.

We are of the strong belief, that companies that are well prepared, have their licenses/access to licenses in place, have recognized and well-respected industry professionals at the helm and running the new MM companies, will be the sector leaders in years to come. Cann Global Limited is putting into place all the foundation stones that we believe are necessary to make our company successful and provide value and increase shareholder wealth, including dividend returns in the years moving forward.

    Thanks,

    Neil1959
