Thank you for your response to yesterday?s ASX announcement. I can appreciate that you would like more information about the reorganisation.

There are matters that the Board is finalising regarding the removal of Mr Harkin?s services, and the decision to reorganise the Board and the company?s management.

Once this process is complete, and we expect that to be soon, an Extraordinary General Meeting will be organised.

At that meeting, management will field all and any questions from shareholders.

In the meantime, Clean Global Energy has raised just over $6 million in the recent placement and rights issue, and we?d like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in that event and your loyalty to the company.

Funding from this capital raising will enable CGE to continue to develop UCG projects overseas where there is great interest and even greater understanding of the underground coal gasification process. In addition the company will also be capitalising on the most prospective of its traditional coal assets.

The recent capital injection means we can continue to progress both traditional coal assets and UCG projects. While there have been changes in personnel at senior levels within Clean Global Energy, our business strategy remains focussed on generating revenue in UCG through the sale of Syngas, licence fees to use our Linear CRIP UCG technology, service contracts to deliver commercial UCG plants, and royalty agreements through our own projects and through joint ventures or technology licence agreements for both UCG projects and traditional coal projects.

CGE management anticipates significant growth from this approach and its focus on key markets that understand the considerable commercial upside of UCG Syngas product delivery.
