response from colombia

My query re the tags being used in Colombia was forwarded to Sirit and today I got a response. My question was really only asking if the ISO 18000 6C tag was used to store value for the toll collection or were there other uses. The response says that there are two primary uses; electronic registration or tolling. The next question was also answered in the affirmative. They can be used to identify unregistered cars. I have responded, declared my interest, and asked some more direct questions; if you get the drift. Will advise any news. jwt
