Maybe its time for you to take a seat on the board 3500!
I'll back you if your first priority is to change the boards policy on forward looking statements. 2nd a visible strategy and vision. 3rd visible, practical and quantifiable performance measures and 4th a clear and visible link of these performance measures to market rate salaries and a bonus structure.
By visible I mean visible to the business owners...its shareholders.
Not too much to ask of you 3500 ;-)
