Just received response from Dept of industry and Innovation in the mail today. Unfortunately it does not look like a government bailout is going to occur. My reading of the situation is hat ASOF will get it all. I was unaware that employees were also at the meeting and will need their benefits paid out. I think ASOF will cough up the minimum which will be split amongst creditors and then walk away with the patents, key employees and will develop the technology with their own funding. They will then pocket the lot. USMC and colt contacts might give them some income as early as this year. I hope I'm wrong but I sincerely think we while ow prepare to get zero return for our shares.
