For whoever is interested, I have replied to the email sent to me questioning the statement by Stuart Fine that the information in the report was not issued by the company (Unilife).
Basically, the final page of the report states;
"Legal Notes and Disclosures: This report has been prepared by Unilife Medical Solutions Limited ("Unilife" or "the company") with the assistance of Crystal Research Associates, LLC ("CRA") based upon information provided by the company."
Among other things, I have also ask for an update of KDL as they mentioned they have "...commenced production and commercial release of its 1ml Unitract Insulin and Safe Syringes this year at the Shanghai facilities..." as quoted from the Annual Report issued last Oct.
I'm not trying to force them to disclose information prematurally, but to know they have made statements that seem misleading and set milestones to which have not been made. IMO, they should answer to that.
I'll post the response if/when I get one.
