This morning, I emailed the manager from Ferrier Hodgson who is overseeing LAF and promptly received the following advice:
"We are in the process of recapitalising the Company. If successful this may provide a nominal return to shareholders, but will also provide a route forward with respect to crystallising a capital loss. In this regard shareholders should shortly receive a notice inviting them to a meeting to vote on the recapitalisation proposal.
If the Company cannot be recapitalised, we will issue a notice confirming that your shares are effectively worthless and therefore also crystallising the capital loss."
