response from head office

Firstly let me say that I am awaiting permission from Chris Ritchie to post his reply here on HC.I will not post if I do not get permission,so i will give you his response in my own words.

I asked Chris 2 questions.The first was regarding the Irion County acres we hold and what the companies plan is to do with them.He said the company plans to develop them and there was no mention of offloading them.

2nd was regarding the possible legal action and his reply was that Arturus have indemnified GGP from any action.He also said that the whole option agreement expired prior to GGP's acquisition of the leases.

Would be interested in other posters opinion.
