I posted this a few weeks ago - appears nobody liked it!
However I still think we will have some obligation and the court has already suggested this IMHO by deferring a decision.

This is making me very nervous.
From my limited legal knowledge an individual/company cannot subjugate a position that was initiated in a contract subsequently (taken over by) subcontracted by that individual/company from the initiator of that agreement.
Maybe there are some legal experts who might know better and could comment.
So GGP may be required to honour that initial agreement - if we could be informed, prior to any continuation of work in the PB. Maybe an injunction has been served - hence no comment about PB.
Hope I am completely wrong - any feelings?
