I just realised that AKW released a funding announcement after market on Friday and will be back to Trade on the ASX shortly (funding in total sum of M8.9 MIL). NOW, ASSUMING there was any Legal concern on AKW’s behalf, no Institution /Investor that is aware of this matter will invest a penny that could be in a legal dispute. As the legal issue is between the third party and AKW - does it mean that this legal threat is a Bluff and actually is of no concern whatsoever to GGP as GGP management has pointed out before.....Any Thoughts???
