You didn't lodge a complaint re the falling share price but rather a specific piece of false information released.
You might try ASIC as they have already confirmed to me that this is the type of matter they deal with. (ASX do deal with these matters as well)

In terms of adminstration, I'm not sure, but I think that senario is unlikely.
Massive wipe of equity in a fire sale (of part of the portofolio) is likely though. In this even the NAB per unit could end up anywhere betteen 18c and 80c.
