Thank you for your detailed response. Just so that I am totally clear, the $40 million out of the money hedges is in effect independent of the net cash realised from the sale proceeds. In other words, if BJT cleared off it's position from the out of the money hedge there would be AUD $41 million left over?

I'm not trying to put words in your mouth, I am just trying to ascrtain what BJT's options MAY be if they needed to use some of the AUD $81 million for such a purpose.
