All this has been know for a long time, well before they were telling us a MRE would be out end of 2022.
SP has been on the decline, so their constant delays and excuses have resulted in further SH dilution having to raise at lower prices.
The arrogance in trying to blame others for constant delays and saying 130m shares is a lot of dilution when they have thrown shares around like confetti. And marketing interviews to spruik themselves!
